BOUTIQUE Features 

The IAF Bomb Body Boutique was influenced by our beautiful clients. After years of training, and countless conversations I heard these ladies and what they desired to have of their own.  A space where they can come and get fit without the added intimidation many chain gyms possess. Somewhere fun, positive,  and motivating.  Consider it our own little "fit" clubhouse, ladies.  You will find cardio, weight training, and strength training equipment.

FEATURE 1

2,000 sq. ft. of space for us to come in, and handle our business. There will be room for you to run on the treadmill or use the other cardio equipment, while you gaze out of the window or simply stretch

Feature 2

The space is divided evenly down the middle. There will be a shop where you can purchase, healthy snacks, sports drinks, and I Am Fitness apparel. On the same side as the shop, you will have an area for free weight training to sculpt and tone your bodies.

Feature 3

Here we will host all the classes you gals love, from boot camps to pole fitness, to zumba. And you better know I'm working on having a twerk class in rotation, as well.
